How bullying makes you feel

Bullying is an invisible weight that alters how you see yourself, the world, and your sense of safety. Through Chloe's Safe Space, we speak openly about the emotional toll of being targeted so that no one ever has to face these emotions in silence.

Powerless, unheard, and unprotected

When I was severely bullied, I often felt completely alone in crowded hallways. The deepest pain wasn't just the words or the actions—it was feeling helpless, worthless, and painfully unheard by the people responsible for keeping me safe. When those who should protect you look away, you begin to doubt your own voice.

It is never your fault

If you are being bullied right now, remember this truth: you did not cause this, and you are not broken. You have immense worth, your voice matters, and you never have to carry this burden alone. Understanding the different tactics bullies use can help you recognize that the problem lies with them, not you.

"You are valued, you are worthy of protection, and you are never alone. Help and understanding are always within reach."
